The cover comes off — wash it following the care label. The foam core is not washable; air it for a few hours after unboxing and every few weeks after that.

Does it work if I sleep on my side?

Yes. The higher edge fills the space between your shoulder and ear, and the side cut-outs leave room for your shoulder and arm.

How big is it?
