NEXANEST REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We want you to love what you bought. If you don't, we've got you covered.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, returns can no longer be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and inserts included
- Accompanied by the original order number or proof of purchase
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at support@homexis.shop with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send return instructions within 1–2 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, NexaNest covers return shipping in full.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll send a confirmation email and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@homexis.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
For lost or stolen packages, please follow the steps in our Shipping Policy and file a claim with the carrier listed in your tracking email.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (per the rules above) and place a new order.
